Who we are
Pallas & Co is a leadership coaching firm committed to change the world by building leaders
We work with leaders in businesses and not-for-profits who are already successful and want to reach for
more. We focus on leadership skills to help our clients:
- Increase their company's or group's effectiveness, revenue, profit or customer satisfaction
- Achieve career goals that are satisfying and financially sustainable, especially amidst downsizing or
merger integration environments
- Successfully inspire and motivate teams to continually grow and reach new performance highs
Our Approach
Pallas & Co taps into a wide variety of strategy consulting and coaching methods to build and strengthen
their clients' leadership effectiveness. We believe that strategy and leadership always go together.
We deal with the challenges our clients face by reaching for purposeful goals, rather than pushing away
from past failures. This mindset disconnects from paradigms that have not proved useful and opens the
mind to creative ideas and solutions. In doing so, we ensure an alignment between our clients' strategies
and action plans, to resolve symptoms and core problems, and create growth opportunities that reach their
desired goals.
Our Values
We lead principle-based lives and build personal and business relationships accordingly. In addition to the
ethics outlined by the International Coaching Federation, we are committed to:

Meet Eleni Pallas
Eleni Pallas is a Leadership Coach committed to change the world by building leaders. Since leaving the corporate world, she has created engaging methods and programs that develop the effectiveness of global leaders.
Through her firm, Pallas & Co, Eleni works with successful, progressive and dynamic leaders in businesses and not-for-profits to reach an ever-evolving set of greater achievements. By adjusting thought paradigms and behavior, her clients can successfully create and link their strategic visions, action plans and outcomes, removing obstacles and enabling the imagination, to create value for themselves and their organizations and communities. She focuses on integrating the limitless power of the mind/brain/body relationship to make leaders more effective and their ideas and initiatives more sustainable. Eleni is also active within the coaching community and working to make Coaching Circles the pre-eminent source of leadership development and enlightened coaching thought.
Before creating Pallas & Co, Eleni spent 20+ years engaged in business development activities with global corporations, development banks and management
consulting firms around the world value for her clients and their stakeholders. During an 11-year stint with Orange Business
Services, Europe's leading communications company, Eleni was part of numerous mergers, acquisitions and integration
activities that transformed the company many times throughout her tenure. In the midst of that change, Eleni worked
in the Global Strategy Development Group out of Paris, France, through which she led the corporate efforts to
expand the business in developing and emerging markets throughout the world. She also participated in merger integration activities to capture value early on and positively influence the acquisitions'
success. Example projects include the re-direction of the Asia Pacific business toward growth and the creation of a
strategy that would triple the business through partnerships and acquisitions in India, China and Australia. In
implementing that strategy, Eleni partnered with the Region to lead the acquisition of a small systems integration
technology firm in India with the goal of doubling the local business and accessing skills, customers and cost
efficiencies. Post-acquisition integration activities followed suit and a team and structure were put in place to realize
cost savings and enable increased profitable revenue growth and skills development. She also led partner searches, joint venture alliances and/or commercial agreements in Russia, Japan, Brazil and throughout eastern Europe, as well as various other projects dealing with strategic balanced scorecards and communications outsourcing.
In the mid 1990's, Eleni was active in the newly-created Private Sector Development Division of the World Bank. This
Division was established to assist clients with challenges related to capital markets, micro-finance, knowledge
transfer, legal systems and regulatory bodies. Eleni was part of the first teams organized to support the (then) newly-acquired
client, the Russian Federation, working on the redesign of the Russian legal and educational systems.
From the late 1980s until her time with the World Bank, Eleni led or contributed to a variety of projects for world-class
management consulting firms in Greece and the US. For Deloitte Touche in Athens, Eleni was part of a
prestigious national program that prepared targeted Greek assets for privatization that included creating new
organizational goals and strategies, as well as identifying essential functions and designing efficient, transparent
structures. Two key projects included the redesign of the Greek Development Bank for the Hellenic Republic and the
valuation of the Greek PTT for a potential French buyer. As part of her activities with private clients, Eleni focused on
business development, helping firms in the wine and spirits and banking industries expand their businesses in Greece
and across the Balkans and Europe. With Booz Allen in the US, Eleni worked on various projects that focused on
strategic vision and performance efficiencies for several US and Mexican Government Agencies.
Eleni graduated with an MBA with honors, from the George Washington University (US) and a BS degree in finance from the
University of Maryland (US).
